Production and Delivery:

It takes time to craft a masterpiece. Despite Eid and Christmas holidays, 2 to 3 working days are required for production. The product is dispatched immediately after quality assurance and takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery in Pakistan, and 6-9 business days for delivery outside Pakistan. Product delivery is only done through a registered courier service provider and the shipments can be tracked through the "Track your Shipment" tab on the website.

Delivery in rural areas and remote locations (a bit far from cities) may take 1 to 2 additional business days.

Custom orders are delivered in 9 to 13 business days.
