How to order a new shirt with the same measurement and designs used before?
~You can directly contact us and let our staff help you while you sit at ease and enjoy your day.
How can I make changes in the already placed order?
~You can directly contact or customer services through email, Facebook messenger/WhatsApp, and let us know about the changes you want to make. Please make sure that your order is not already dispatched. Our team will be informing you of every step.
How do I order a gift for my loved one?
~You can add another delivery address in your logged-in profile and let our staff know. The gifts can be customized as per your desire.
What are the methods of payment?
~Payments can be made via debit cards, credit cards, and online banking. Jazz cash and easy paisa are also available for payments. Please send a screenshot to our staff after making the payment.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
~It is unlikely for such an event to happen. But if there is an item missing, it is possible that the item is dispatched later than the first one and will arrive in its estimated time through a new parcel. You can always contact our customer support and get assistance.
How long does it take for an order to deliver?
~Ready to wear deliveries are made in 3-5 working days in Pakistan and 4-7 working days outside Pakistan once your masterpiece is crafted. Whereas, for bespoke shirt delivery, it takes from 9–13 working days in Pakistan and 12-15 working days outside Pakistan. Express delivery can be used for an earlier shipment but extra delivery charges will be applied.

How should I take care of the fabric?
~We deliver a luxurious fabric that goes well with the home laundry. Whereas, the hot dryer is not recommended for the cotton fabric as it increases the wrinkles. Iron should be used with a medium heat level to get the best look and feel.
How can I track my order?
~An online tracking number will be provided to you once the order is dispatched and you can check the shipment status via "track your Shipment" tab on our website of from logistics company’s online portal.
Is there any delivery time difference between a custom order and ready to wear products?
~Yes, ready to wear products are delivered in 4-5 business days, while the custom orders may take 7 to 10 days before dispatch.
